Routing Checklist

Phoenix Sign Request Tucson Sign Request

The Process for New Listings – Phoenix
1. Once you have a listing agreement signed by the owner, fill out the Site Info Sheet (important that you fill it out correctly) & Sign Request.
2. Place it in a red folder and leave it in the tray.
3. DB will sign off on the listing agreement & send the folder over to the receptionist to process.
4. The Admin will enter it into Dealius, email you the executed listing agreement, and email CoStar the Site Info Sheet to get it added on the website.
5. The marketing team will let you know who will be working on the listing.
6. Mark will complete the sign request based on your directions.
7. Once the flyer is finalized per your approval, marketing will create an eBlast.
8. Marketing will post the listing on LoopNet and submit to CoStar, Yardi Matrix and Officespace.com.

The Process for New Listings – Tucson

2. Provide a copy of the listing agreement and sign request to Joanna – either hard copy or digital.
3. Ben will review and sign the listing agreement.
4. Joanna will enter it into ReApps, email you the executed listing agreement, and email CoStar the Site Info Sheet to get it added on the website.
5. The marketing team will let you know who will be working on the listing.
6. Joanna will complete the sign request based on your directions.
7. Once the flyer is finalized per your approval, marketing will save both an email version and full version on the cloud
(Flyers can be found on the cloud @ users (U:)_tucson share BK/FLYERS/first.last).
8. Marketing will create an eBlast for the property.
9. Marketing will post the listing on LoopNet.
10. Marketing will provide the approved flyer to CoStar, Yardi Matrix and Officespace.com.
The Process for Closings – Phoenix 1
. Fill out the Routing Checklist.
2. Place it in a red folder and leave it in the tray.
3. Admin will review and sign, and pass off for closing.
4. Admin will close the transaction.
5. Admin will notify the marketing team to remove the suite/property and the sign if necessary.
6. Accounting will get routing sheet from Admin and will cut the check!

The Process for Closings – Tucson
CLOSING A LEASE
Broker needs to:
-Fill out the routing checklist
-Submit a copy of the fully executed lease
-Submit a copy of the invoice that has been sent to the client
-Provide all of the above documentation to Joanna
CLOSING A SALE
Broker needs to:
-Fill out the routing checklist
-Submit the fully executed contract with all addendums
-Submit all earnest money deposits
-Submit Final Settlement Statements
-Submit the closing documents from the title company
-Provide all of the above documentation to Joanna
2. Ben will review and sign the routing. Joanna will then scan to Deanna to close in ReApps.
3. Deanna will notify the marketing team to remove the suite/property.
4. Joanna will have the sign removed, if the property has sold.
5. Deanna will provide the closed file to Joanna.
6. Joanna will cut the check when payment is received!
